Migrate From Hardware License To Internet License

We purchased Beyond 4.0, prior to the offering of the Internet License option (e.g. when only the Hardware Licensing option was available). We would like to convert that Hardware License to an Internet License but there doesn't seem to be any option to do that built into Beyond. The Internet License offers us the convenience of transferring the license to another laptop in the event of a laptop failure, which recently happened to us. How can we migrate our Hardware License to an Internet License?

Converting a hardware license to account based is not possible. You can connect the hardware on both Machines so that both machines are licensed when you need the license. Please contact us on support@pangolin.com so that we can help you further.
