Missing Frame analyzer and all monitors in "tools"

Beyond 4 Ultimate Build 1320 64bit unser WIN10 with three FB4 interfaces . The license interface is a qm2000.net.
I can't see the frame analyzer, Performance Tuning, Network Statistics, FB4 Data Transmission Monitor, Core Monitor, and Resource Monitor under "Tools". The Tools menu looks completely different than Lyras in this tutorial.
 
The functions you describe are specially focused on FB4. QM2000 is another controller which has an ethernet version which uses another method to communicate with BEYON. This cannot be monitored this way.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
The QM2000 is just the interface on which my license is running, I not using it for ILDA-output. For this I have three FB4s connected. Shouldn't I be able to monitor them?
