multimedia in showtime

hi
when using the multimedia video option
enything you do makes the video play without stoping
scrolling to show out put the laser stop when you stop scrollin but the video will keep going
when in edit effect you scroll to find the right spot the video keeps going
which makes it hard to over lap video frames with the laser
playing selected works fine

that happened with the QM Intro
it does not do that using QM Pro
but these cards are not on the same PC so it may be something with the PC and not the cards

Hi Aricha,

This does not happen for me. Please tell me what version of Showtime you are using.

I also suspect it might have something to do with the TYPE of video you are using (for example, maybe this happens with MOV and not AVI or something like that). Please do some testing and see if you can narrow down the problem.

Then finally, if you can send us a video file that illustrates the problem, then we can take a look ourselves.
