Multiple projectors over DMX?

Hello guys,

I have a strange situation - a client should get 20 RGB projectors for the show but I have only three FB3-QS units. Is there any way to control all that projectors as DMX devices from QS with Enttec USB Pro? All projectors are equipped with DMX. All suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

You might also want to try daisy-chaining / splitting some of them (into pairs or quads or something.

Or unless I'm not understanding your question - are you asking about how to set the projectors up / DMX basics?

Oh - and for a suggestion:

If you have Lightfactory (or something similar) try it the other way round.

You can control QS from LF using DMX: setup your lasers as fixtures in LF, do the same for QS (,smokes, hazers etc), and then run the whole thing from LF.

I'd use either effects runners (for "random" access) or setup a cue list (for a sequence)*. (Depending on the type of show...)

* or a mix of both

I'd rather use QS for cue triggering, no need for DMX in function.
