My laser output has completely shifted to the right

The laser was working just fine, I installed it for a show and while adjusting the zone i realised one of the laser output has completely shifted to the right. I tried adjusting the zone size in the software(beyond), i tried resetting the fb4 settings, nothing seems to work. I suspect this is a scanner malfunction. Could anyone guide me ? and tell me why this can happen? I have attached an image, i have reduced the size of the zone so that all can see what has happened, ideally the zone should be in the centre but here its shifted completely.

Assuming the image is okay; The galvo is possibly loose in its mount.
Setup a test frame of 25x25%, center zone and projector settings.
Open up the laser and rotate the scanner so the image is back in the middle, then tighten the screw from that scanner.
