No music

hi everybody.
This is my first time here as I have recently brought quick show for my laser.
I have a question please.
When I down load a show from the pangolin cloud and I put it on to the time line.
There is no audio.
Even tho the time line shows some sort of audio there is nothing to actually play.
Am I doing something wrong?
The shows play with the laser but never any sound.
Any help would be great.

Please read the description of the show content in the cloud. Often the source of the music can be found in te description. We cannot offer Audio cause of royalties.
