This is because zone recognized as numeric name. Interesting. Normally, Zone name supposed to be name. However, in this dialog, if originally name is number, as example "12", then code detect it, replace index to name of zone 12th, and display text.
The roots are in safety reasons. Think for a second, you load content, it use numbers for zone identification. Yes, I know, you get used to use Fixture ID, that is fine. What is not fine - sending "hot" content into wrong place, or just a wrong place. We use names because of safety reasons.
Anyway, the icon shows that the name you see is result of transformation from zone index/number to zone name. This is possible, but it need attention, or at least it remind about that. I did check the code, and 100% sure, the icon show up only in case of name in content is number.
