output constrained on x axis

For some reason I can't figure out my X axis has been constrained to the very bottom of the output. If i make a shape it goes over the entire output, and a few of the pages do such as the preset one of cowboys dancing and things like that. However resetting everything I can find has not changed this master X axis, I even installed a new update of the software and loaded and old workspace. The photos below show the error with the issue on the bottom and a line i created above it going over the entire output. The two photos after that show the most obvious places in the software to reset things and shows that everything is reset.

I don't think this is due to the software.

Wat kind of laser do you have? Can you set the pattern size on the laser?
It could also be a problem with the ILDA-cable.
