Pangolin Beyond over Grand Ma2

We are trying to get beyond over grandma2 Via art net. We have connected network cable from beyond laptop to grandMA ethernet port 2. We are still not able to get any connection established.

We are using beyond 5.5 ultimate.

Can you please tell us steps to follow in order to get this connection established?

Have you checked the network settings in settings >> configuration? There you can choose which network card listens to what signals.
