Preview Screen Freezes along with the Output

Hi All
I just did a fresh QS install on a Win 10.
Now when ever I play QS for some unknown reason the preview screen freezes & the number showing FPS (frame per second) being played ( on the right bottom of the screen) turns into red.
I have to disable laser output to get things normal .
It is a 64bit Win10
Any idea why this is happening. Any suggestion is much appreciated !
 
This is the first time I have heard of anything like this. Please take a short video of this and send it to me at "my screenname" .com.
