Problem with faders AKAI APC 40

Hi! tell me who the similar problem was with AKAI APC 40.
tell me who the similar problem was with akaem aps 40.
when the fader is raised to the upper position by 100%, in the beyond the parameter is given only by 98% and so on all 10 faders.
also in RESOLUME ARENA5 , all the same way - only 98%
Changed the PC, power supplies, usb cable, nothing helped.
 
I think you will need to contact APC for this. Or is by any chance the sticker on top of the APC40 wrongly placed, so the slider cannot reach the top?
