Please make arrangements to get this file into our hands. DO NOT SEND IT BY EMAIL. Rather send it via FTP or a public file sharing service.

We will examine the file and see if we also have the problem.

By the way, have you verified that the codecs in your computer can handle the type of file you are trying to play?

Hello from Cologne.
I have converted from a sound file, an MP3 with the best quality in
320 kbits. This MP3 starts
on the computer without a problem with the VLC media player, but I'm trying this in MP3 Lasershow Designer integrate QuickShow, the software takes this MP3 does not.
All MP3 with 320 kbits will not be accepted :eek:

256 kbits run without problems in converting audio to MP3 I only use this resolution, it runs without any problems.
