Problem with PRO card

For the past 3 show I have been running Livepro together with Showtime. I have had memory crashes when trying to load a new show into the cards memory. The card crashes with a waring box ERROR NUMBER -1 LDLIB FIFO ERROR. The only way I can recover from this crash is to re cycle the power on the PC. I also have an intro card & do not have any problems of this nature. Do I have a faulty card or is this driver related

P.S. I am currently running version 3.50
