Problem with QM2000 board

Hello.
I have a problem with my QM2000 board.
The card works normally. Problems are starting when I try to shutdown the session. It says that it have a problem connection to the memory. I don`t remember the error message (I`ll check it next week).
Sometimes it is problem with creating new session. I must to reboot my PC.
...Yes I tried to clean the goldpins of card and memory.
What can I do with this problem?

Hi there,

When you see a problem reported about memory on the QM32 or QM2000, this report is 100% reliable. This means there is definitely a memory problem with the board.

I would recommend that you either replace the memory yourself, or return the QM2000 board to Pangolin for analysis and repair (memory replacement). If you return the board to Pangolin, always follow the directions on this page:
