Problem with quickshow output

ive had quickshow running fine for about a year downloaded latest version still running fine. all of a sudden the preview window when the program loads turns from black to grey and cant load any cues and wont output to laser. reinstalled programme and drivers also restored laptop but it is still the same, can anyone help plz

It sounds like some of your projection zones got changed somehow. I suggest going into your projection zone settings and clicking the "new" button to restore all your zone settings to default then test if you can get output. If you still have an issue, send me a screen shot of your QS interface when you are not getting output.
