QM2000.NET "10/100 ACTIVE" LED flashing -> stutter

QM2000 output stutter

Mainly when using LivePro I have a lot of stutter in displayed frames.
NIC is a Realtek 8111B. "10/100 ACTIVE" LED flashes when stutter occurs.
This problem could not be solved yet, no matter what hints I tried.

I believe that should answer your question. Moreover I believe this has nothing to do with a network.
