QM2000 offline

Hi!
I'm having problems connecting to a Basic QM2000 laptop version. It used to work perfectly on a pc running Vista, now I've set it on a win7 64-bit, and when I run for example Pangolin's LaserShow Video, the "System change detected" popup appears, and it then shows that the QM2000 is detected but is OFFLINE. I can ping the device with 1ms ping times. I've tried installing the Win7NetworkFix, but I still get the same Offline status. What can I try to make it work?

If it isn't the cable or your firewall (had that problem with windows 7) than try to disconnect the CAT5 cable from the LD card and reconnect it.

if this is not working. try to put the card off. (disconnect the power) and wait for a few seconds and reconnect.

Mostly of the time this work. We had the same problem.
once the ldcard is reconnected and was online again i had no problems anymore.
