QM32 Error message

I had to rebuild our Pangolin system, and this is the message I get when I launch showtime or designer.

any suggestions?
I installed from CD -LD release2.60c/ShowTime 1.42
added patch 12b
added patches 14a,b,c
then added the 19

Hi Laserdome,

This error could be caused by one or more chips on the QM32 being out of date -- basically too old for the modern software to run. I recommend that you send your QM32 board back to us for an update. In this case, we would not charge you to perform this update -- we would only charge you for the return shipping costs.
