Why?
That's an old way of thinking, you know: 'wait till Windows XP service pack 7.9 is released that way we'll know its rock solid'. By the time you upgrade your WinNT server, Windows Server 2016 is out.
These days there are services such nuget where developers are always on the latest and that's the way you should go.
Otherwise uninstall QS and install a prehistoric version.
