I download new version for quick show,the unit is not responding not even stand along ,,anyone have an idea what happened and have anwers,,thnk inadvance....

Hi . My unit is mobil beat serial number xm609130033 and its controlled by FB3QS box.. it was working so fine until I downloaded the new update.. so I downloaded the new update when ginish i open the program and plunged the controller box and guess what the unit did not work not even stand along mode using dip switches 000 down or in sound mode i do regretted updating the software.. maybe can you help me installing the old version maybe it works... . Im going to install with the cd that the unit came with if not I’ll call tech support for help because they did the installation remotely .. againg i regreat updating the software. If my message is going to be on your forum I tell all owners of mobil beat with software not- not to update the software.. stay with old version...
