I'm just throwing this out there, and maybe it's something you pangolin guys can think about implementing, but I would really love if there was a way I could 'write' automation into the timeline 'live' with a midi controller. I come from the audio recording world, and being able to record automation for faders, and effects 'live' is something I've depended on for years. There are obviously many times where getting in there and drawing the key points is vital, and that's probably what I end up doing the most. But, there are also situations where I can save lots of time by playing the track, and recording the automation with knobs as I go. Like I said, just throwing that out there.
