If the X axis is reversed all the time you should check the wiring of your projector or see if you can change it with a set of jumpers on your X scanner's amp.
Otherwise you can change the X axis size to, "negative" the X size it currently is, in LD2000 under projector settings; make sure you save this to the the default settings in the LD2000.ini file on the last tab of the projector settings pop up box.
