Rotating a frame in LD/Showtime

I want to create a simple square in LD at the top of the frame in the center.
Can anyone explain to me how to rotate that square around a point in the centre of the frame (essentially moving it in an arc around a point in the centre of the frame)?
I assume this would be done in Showtime after inserting the frame into the timeline...?

In LD you make a small square in the center of the frame.
In ST you make 3 different effects.
1 Rotation around Z. Give it the length and the speed that you want

2 Position – regular position (not the pre-rotation position) Take the square up as high as you need it with ( Y slider ) 0 time.

3 Scondary Rotation. Once you select it it is called World Rot. First transition is where the arc starts ( Z slider ) with 0 time. Second transition is where the arc ends.
