running beyond on several computers

Hi all,

I have my show computer and office/programming computer both with Beyond 2.1 installed. What is the best way to share show data/files between these machines?

Will Beyond run from a flash drive?
Can I run Beyond from a Dropbox folder?

It would be great if there was a way to sync the two machines as I always seem to forget to copy over something that I need.

Advice and suggestions appreciated.

For any event I have I make a new folder.
In that folder I save the event workspace the event shows the event frames projector settings and projection zones.
Than all you have to do is copy the folder.

Depending on what settings you want to "move" between computers you can save out the Projector settings for each hardware controller, Color Palette, Projection Zone Settings, Workspace, TimeLine Show files, several of the frame editors will save out files, and you can export individual workspace cues.

What I usually "take" with me are the workspace, timeline show, and projection zones files with the understanding that I may have to adjust the projector and zones settings to conform with my projection area "differences" between my home and office.
