Hi Aricha,
Above, you used the word "SAMBA". SAMBA is our older software for controlling the FB3. We have updated this software and the new version is called "LiveQUICK".
LiveQUICK works a little differently with respect to how it handles scan rates. For reference, what you want to do is edit the "cue properties", and tell the cue how you want to handle the scan rate. This can be done by right-clicking on the Cue and selecting "Properties", or by clicking on the "Properties" button within the cue editor.
