I would like to know if QuickShow can increase the power of the output for certain frames. For example, if I set the global settings to 100% red, 80% Green and 50% blue so that I get a nice white, can I have certain frames/beam shows where all the lasers are on 100% full power?

Not as such.
In the frame editor you can make points 100% bright by ctrl-clicking. Otherwise, you can't control the output in the way you describe. Pangolin have a lot of very clever stuff running under the hood for optimising brightness levels. They don't generally let you mess with it
