Settings when connecting a midi controller

How do I change the initial settings when I connect a midi controller and make the settings my own?
For example, you can set the grid to your specified number, set the Main Control Window to a pre-determined value, etc.

The midi controller used is an APC40mk2.
 
Have you opened up the default APC40 mk2 profile that is located in the midi folder of BEYOND? There you can modify everything.
I would go over all the tabs that are visible on that profile. On the 3rd tab, there is a field where you can set the initialization commands, there is where you can set pre-defined functions.
