Show Fades

Ok...Ok...total newbie here with a question...
Running a QS labeled show downloaded from QS Show site...
On screen...in preview window...the show fades to gray and back...
When it is gray...the small cue window is down in the botton left corner.

I assume the show is displaying something my Reke500rgb can't handle?
Is this what it is? Or a setting where I can get the show to project?

I am just learning here and appreciate all the knowledge I feed on on this site and others. Thanks in advance!

It "sounds" like you are watching a show that uses multiple projections zones and you do not have all the zones the show uses going to the the one hardware controller you are using to control your laser.

Check for a "Read me" text file that came with the show; it might explain the zone usage and how you should have it set up.

You could also go into the projection zone setings and set them all to your controller. That way everything is going to your projector.

Again, this "sounds" to me what the problem is. It might be helpful if you can take a video of what you are seeing, post it to a private youtube upload and put he link on here so we can see what you are seeing.
