text presets disapeard

I had an odd problem with beyond this weekend, on booting all the text pre-sets had disappeared with the exception of two? I loaded up a few different work spaces all had the same lack. is there any thing that might have caused this.

I note that I was note that I was not the last to use the software, any other possible uses sd it was fine last time they used it.

I also note that if a pre set is highlighted pressing delete will delete it, possibly some one was mashing through cues and was hitting delete,

Any ideas beyond (intentional pun)uninstalling and reinstalling ?

Text presets, together with a few other presets, saved in \BEYOND\System\BeyondLibrary.bdat file. You just need new file, no need to reinstall a whole BEYOND. System folder might still keep previous version, take a look.

Ensure that you use the most recent BEYOND (603) from our website. If BEYOND offer to send log file - please do it.
