TimeLine and Multi Zone Time Shift

I watched the video regarding multi zone time shift from Lyra several times now, but I don't get it and please need help.

Is it possible to use multi zone time shift options for effects in Timeline mode? As Lyra mentioned at the end of the video, I created a bus, created an affect ... but after modifying time shift in multi zone time shift option all 4 zones I added to this track still show the effect synchronized without delay.
What am I doing wrong?

I tried the following:
Create a new timeline
Defined a bus (Bus A) for a track (Track 1)
Activated Bus A for Track 1
Applied two zones to Track 1
Create an event (Circle shape) in track 1
Create an event in Bus A (e.g. Oscillating effect Zoom)
Right click on the effect / Effect properties: Change clock shift and BPM shift from zero to something else

--> no change :-(

But: going to Master --> Cue time shift --> change clock or beat shift: it works !!

But how can reach it that this is working based on the effect in the Bus?
 
Hi Bob, so the statement in the video isn’t correct ? But how did you manage the time shift effect in the show shown in this video ?
