Hi Cruch.
The Tutorial DVD which we include with our system is meant to be an "introduction" to LD2000 and Showtime. It is not extensive. Our hope is that once a user is introduced to LD2000 and Showtime, and once they understand the basic concepts, from that point forward they can sort of figure out the more advanced things on their own. If not, then it is a benefit to come to an Advanced session of a Pangolin User Meeting, like the one we had recently in Amsterdam.
By the way, while in Amsterdam, we did record 15 hours of video, which we are paring down to around 3.5 hours which will be a Tutorial for LivePRO. We recognize that LivePRO is a very advanced tool and for this tool, everyone definitely needs more than just a help file!!
