touch surfaces not working well for Universe Buttons?

Certain buttons in the Universe don't seem to be responding to touch surfaces. I've tried on my laptop and using an ipad pro with duet display. Some buttons work fine, but others just aren't detecting the buttons being pressed on the touch screen. I can't figure out any rhyme or reason for which buttons seem to work and which don't. I'm using a variation of the Lasertech Zones standard universe. The mirror buttons and the shift buttons don't seem to want to work right. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you certain that you are using the latest version of BEYOND?
If you still have these problems, please contact us though the support channels so we can fix the problem.
