TraceIT help!

I just downloaded the TraceIT file. After a while I can now import videos, but I really need help to make everything work. The Help-file does not work. It's like a file i missing, so I can only see the headlines in the index. There is no content. Is there a missing link or does anyone posses a pdf-manual or so?
