TraceIT won't start

Win 7 laptop decent specs
launching TraceIT I see the spash screen quickly it shows in app manager and then disappears. Nothing created in the Log directory.

What application are you running for laser control, LD2000 or QuickShow? (sorry just realized we are in LD extras... )

I suggest reinstalling which ever one you are using, run the program (LD or QS) and then try TraceIt again.
