TTL / Analog Blanking Issue

Hey Everyone, I'm having an issue with blanking on my laserscope, i'm using a galvo to blank the beam, but i believe the output on pin 3 and 16 is giving me an analog intensity output instead of a blank output of TTL 0/5v or (0/2.5v) because my blanking galvo is even getting larger in movement when projecting a large image, and i think its suppose to stay the same amplitude of 0 or 2.5v TTL? Someone correct me if im wrong and if there is any other setting other then the delay for blanking please let me know where to look...
