Unable to output Beyond 5.0 to the Realizzer

Unable to output Beyond 5.0 to the rear riser.

I can't input beyond5.0(Build1504) to Realizzer.

You can input beyond4.0 (Build1302).
The version of Realizzer is 1.9.0.1

In Beyond 4.0, you needed a .bmp file to contact to use Realizzer.

From Beyond 5.0, it is now network authentication.
Only network authentication is required.
Will I no longer need the .bmp file?

The bmp file has moved to c:\pangolin But if you have a hardware license. you can install BEYOND, connect the licensed hardware, and the license file will automatically be downloaded by BEYOND, without the need of human interaction. (An internet connection is required).

Some of my shows built in 4.0 now either will not output or have some Cues parts missing, when re-run through the quick timeline the event shows in the viewing window but there is no output
Any advise or guidance would be welcomed .thanks C
