I was running QS to CM-1800 with FB4. To upgrade, I installed Beyond, but I did not first uninstall QS.
Now, the Beyond software is set up and appears to be fully functional, except for 1 thing. There is no beam output.
The light on the front of the laser is red and the FB4 icon at the bottom of the Beyond software shows the FB4 FPS rate. In settings, it shows 2 projectors FB4 and a Pangolin projector that is labeled "Demo 1" (no recognition of model or serial# of the CM-1800).
Questions:
Any idea what could be the problem?
Should I have first uninstalled QS?
Do I have manually log the model and serial# of the CM-1800?
Is it normal for Beyond to show both FB4 and "Demo 1" as separate projectors?
