upgrading to BEYOND from QS

hello,
i ahave been using QS, with 3 external FB3's and an APC mini to control my lasers, but now I want to upgrade to BEYOND essentials.
I would like to know if its just a case of purchasing BEYOND essentials, and then carrying on as i currently am. Is there anything else that would need to be done?

You need to buy a license here https://pangolin.com/collections/beyond-software/products/beyond-essentials-license or by writing an email to sales@pangolin.com
Then you will need to download and installing Beyond https://pangolinbeyond.com/latestversion
Install Beyond and put the license file in the program folder.

thanks for the reply. I wasnt sure if the FB3's would be compatible, but i will now go ahead and purchase BEYOND this evening and get cracking with all the new features i'll have at my disposal.

i have one more question i have if you dont mind. i will be running BEYOND on my laptop at home, but sometimes i would like to use it at my work place, is it possible to run the program on both my laptops?

Yes, it is possible!
You can run it on multiple computers, but only on one at the same time.
You must also have your "master" FB3 connected to the computer/laptop, to which your Beyond license will be "linked"

You will have to choose one of your FB3 as the main one.
Your Beyond license will be associated with it. Take care of it!
