Urgent: FB4 loses DMX settings after power off

HI all,

I have an urgent issue here during a static installation at customer side. We found out, that if FB4 is powered off over night, all the DMX settings are gone...
We are using 3 FB4 interfaces in the setup. All interfaces are updated to latest firmware.
Is there any setting or hint I need to know to keep the settings inside the interface even if power is switched off?

After you have setup the fb4, make a clean exit. Which means that you have to go to exit on every page until the display turns off at the last exit.
Then it saves the settings on the SD Card.

Hi Bob,

indeed this might be the "trick" It might be, that I did not exit all the FB4 100% "clean". However I cannot trace it back currently, but ntil now... it seems to work
Let´s see the next days and hope... I´ll keep you updated.
