Use 2 softwares on same laptop

If I take 2 lasers and connect them to same laptop, use QS and Ishow 2.3 software and connect 1 laser to QS and the second laser to Ishow, can I get 2 different effect in each laser ?
and it's possible to connect 2 lasers to QS and get 2 different show on each one ?
 
I suspect you could run both QS and iShow at the same time as I have run LD2000 and QS at the same time. It is all down to the amount of resources you have on your computer. It would be much eaiser to run QS with 2 Flashback3s so you can do everything in on software interface. If you check out the QS tutorial videos there is a section that discusses projection zones which is how you use multiple FB3s to view different images on each of your projectors.
