Virtual DJ BPM plugin gives me low framerate output

Dear fellows,

While playing around with the Virtual DJ plugin "LaserBeat" , ( witch synchronizes the bpm of the music to the Quickshow bpm ) i noticed that it alters the amount of frames of my laser output.

For example: If i make a new que, lets say a simple abstract, and choose a simple horizontal sheet, make ik go up and down using a oscillating effect on the Y position, it diplays as a sheet moving butterly smooth up and down.. But as soon as i enable the option to link the bpm to the LaserBeat bpm plugin from Virtual DJ, the framrate of my moving sheet drops way down to a noticable low frame rate and does'nt look smooth anymore.

I can't tell excactly what the framarate difference is, but without the Virtual DJ bpm sysnc it must be way over 100 frames ( if i have to guess ), and with it it's about 30 frames i would say.

Although it's not making only my cue's look way worse, the question is: is this plugin save to use regarding to the scanners.??

Is there any way to fix this? ( beside not using the pluggin?:sillylol: )
