I already have a ticket going with support - looking to see if anyone else has had this issue

Using the most current version of Beyond Advanced, I can not get any packets out (according to beyond) nor is capture seeing the data stream

I have tried this on 3 different computers. All windows 10 machines, 2 with killer network chipsets and 1 with Intel chipset

I have tried selecting the proper adapter, doing auto, etc.

My capture system see's the data stream from Hog (lighting console) so I know its not the network

Anyways....

Any one?

Hello again, Kent Rhodes!
The "pure" Advanced license does not allow working with external Visualizers.
You must sign an additional agreement and send it along with the license file to the technical support address.
Then get a new license file in response with the ability to work with external Visualizers enabled.
Have you taken these steps yet?
 
Hhmm - I've been working with support (Aaron in the US as that is where I located) for almost 3 weeks so far on this issue so I hope that was taken care of!!
 
If you haven't sent them the signed Agreement file yet, you should do so. And also send the current license file.
