Bob@Pangolin Staff member Nov 21, 2018 #2 Hello Jan, If im correct your sur name starts with "ver". I see 5 frames that are uploaded and approved. Could it be that you are still on an older version of QuickShow? We are already at QuickShow 4.0 + THe frames where already approved btw.

Cloud you please tell me what the show id is from your upload? .. select the file that is pending click on the details button in the top menu bar check the id at the left side of the upload.
