I greatly appreciate you help ahead of time because I have been trying to get this to work for weeks. Here is everything:
I currently run QuickShow on my Surface 3 Pro with Windows10. The output of the laser works completely and the input of DMX into the ENTTEC DMXUSB PRO to my Surface Pro 3 works too according to the DMX Manager.
The issue I am having is that, in QuickShow, every time I click on "DMX IN" or even "test" under settings, the DMXUSB Pro seems to have an error. A system message pops up and tells me there is a "DMXUSB Overflow." I am not sure what that even means.
I have re-installed all drivers and my DMX Manager and nothing has changed. I have played with it for hours and got no where. Help is very much appreciated. Thanks!
