There is an assumption that your computer has some problem with the device drivers.

Please find a way to test Enntec on another computer.
Just don't forget to install this driver http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM20828_Setup.exe
before connecting the Device.

hello I just formatted the pc to change HDD to SSD so everything is new and despite everything it still does not work, he sees it but does not emit any output signal to the device.
Now I'm really fed up throwing everything away.

Hello , my Name is Klaus and i have the sam issue with the enttec USB Pro V1.44.
The Enttec USB Pro is detected in Beyond but no output and the indicator led is not flashing.
If i use a Testpattern from Enttec DMX Pro Manager everything is fine,
if i use Chamsys MagicQ PC the Enttec USB Pro works, all on the same PC with Win10.
May is it a Beyond issue, any ideas?

There are currently no known issues with Enttec USB pro. Is this the version with 1 or 2 DMX universe out?

Hello, it's an old one with 1 X DMX out & 1 X DMX in, i guess i bought it in 2008.
