FB4 connected , but no output

I have 20 x fb4 connected. But when I enable laser output, one of the fb4 at the bottom panel is highlighted in green. And I have no control over that particular fb4. Need help urgently. Thanks

Network problems, are the cables okay? Is the switch okay?

Network and switch is ok. Because we swopped fb4 and is working perfectly. But the system highlight that particular fb4 with problem in green means that it has detected some problems with it. But I donno wad is the problem.

I also encountered the same problem, generally I reboot the computer, it is good.
