Issue with outputting to multiple projection zones.

So I've recently upgraded from using one FB3 output to now having 4 FB4 outputs. Therefore I now have 4 separate zones to output to. An issue I'm having is that when set a certain cue to output to Scanner mains 1,2,3, and 4 only some of my cues are outputting to all 4 scanners. Others (mostly atmospherics) are only going to the atmospheric zone (my first laser) despite having rerouted this. I read that the cue properties section should be the highest level of control, thus whichever zone the cue was initially set to go to when it was made shouldn't matter.
