Issues with the Transition feature

I run Beyond Ultimate, latest version.

I have noticed that most of the time the Transition feature doesn't work and instead just blacks out the cues for the duration set in the dynamics tab no matter the given length then the cue just pops on wherever it was supposed to be after the transition.

Any ideas? I have spoken to other Beyond users who have run into similar issues.
 
Transition can work between two cues (frames). Transition is also tricky, because it can work between corresponding projection zones. I mean, if cue A goes to zone A, and cue B goes to zone B, then there is nothing to transition.

If you believe that you detected a problem then please prepare short video, and two cues which fail. We will be glad to test it here. Send files to support@pangolin.com
