Wrong type file

Hi!
i Have this error with some file .lds in my computers, even before these open files normally.

I have the latest version 5.5 on both computers, I've installed and reinstalled.
What may be the reason? What to do? help.
 
Yes, we replied to you, we received your files, and we investigated the problem. The next step is to dial into your computer and verify file versions.

We believe that either a) you don't have version 5.50 installed on the particular computer where you are trying to load the file, or b) the 5.50 installation was interrupted (by Windows or something else) before it was completed, and therefore certain files responsible for loading frames did not get updated.

This is the only thing yet to be determined.

Same problem

I have same problem, but after export que from QuickShow. "Wrong type of file". I have 5,50 ver. of LD 2000 and 2.5, Build 389 of QuickShow. Any Ideas where is the problem?
 
Please send me the original QS cue and the one you exported and I will work to reproduce the issue. Once I determine if I have the same issue we can isolate where the issue lies. :cool:
