Yes, we replied to you, we received your files, and we investigated the problem. The next step is to dial into your computer and verify file versions.
We believe that either a) you don't have version 5.50 installed on the particular computer where you are trying to load the file, or b) the 5.50 installation was interrupted (by Windows or something else) before it was completed, and therefore certain files responsible for loading frames did not get updated.
This is the only thing yet to be determined.
